Youth Missions Trip 2010

We are happy to report that the Beavertown God's Missionary Church youth group arrived safely. They said they had a good flight and all the bags arrived. Everyone is still a little tired from the long trip and five hour bus ride to Tegucigalpa but at least they are settled in and ready for the week. We had a good worship service this morning. Here the group is singing in Spanish. Several of the teenagers gave testimonies. Our people are so excited to have them here.
Justin Stanton giving his testimony. He is going to be a fine preacher some day!
Pastor Matt Maloyed preached a wonderful message about Martha and being too busy for Christ. He did an excellent job with Bro. Burch interpreting.
After the morning worship service our church people prepared a delicious lunch for everybody.
Alex is getting his batteries recharged.
Some of the kids got to do a little hiking today while we went visiting in Las Uvas. The girls had fun crossing the creek and getting their skirts snagged on barbed wire fences.
