Joseph loves to play
outside. Unfortunately we have a very small front yard where we park the car. However there is a little space where he can run around and play and talk to people as they pass by our house. The other day; however, he decided he was going to do things a little differently.
After taking his bath and getting ready he walked over to the door and opened it. I was doing some work , but every once in awhile I would look out to check on him. A little later Eric walks in with this kid and this is what he looked like. I couldn't believe it. Eric said that he found him rolling around in the dirt.
AWWWW!!!!What a Boy. That's all. Don't be so hard on him Hannah. I remember when you would be dressed for dinner and you would find a hill of white powdered cement and make a straight line towards it. Oh i wished I had pix of that. These pics are worth a million to me. Thanks for making me laugh. Love you all. Mom
ReplyDeleteOh, Hannah, he's so cute when he's dirty.
ReplyDeleteNo "pow-pow's" ....
Hannah,
ReplyDeleteThis is Liz Stetler - married to Darrell Stetler II in Oklahoma. Does that help? I've met you before, I believe . . .
Anyway, I was like you and thought that my little boy would not play in the dirt - or at least not at all the wrong times! But he does - we're going to have to start pre-nap baths and pre-bed time baths both if we keep this up! :>)
He's just being all-boy! He's so adorable! My mother-in-law told me never to worry about the dirt on the outside. It's the dirt on the inside that only Jesus can wipe clean.
ReplyDeleteAwww...he's so cute. Raising 3 boys, I've seen my share of dirt. I haven't always loved washing off the dirt, but have always loved the dirty boys...smiles...I like Kara's comment about dirt on the outside, but clean on the inside.
ReplyDeleteI think Joseph is 100% boy!! I remember those days with my boys :o) The last picture is adorable along with your caption!
ReplyDeleteHahaaaa...that is so adorable!! LOVE IT!
